Positive: The apartment is exactly the same with the pictures. Very clean and modern. Amazing coffee shop around the corner and a great grocery store 2 minutes away. Dubai mall was 10 minutes walking we will come back again for sure for a longer stay. Hillary was an amazing host answered all our questions in minutes with a great smile hope to see him again next year! Negative: Nothing.

We are disappointed in communication with the host. Positive: Месторасположение очень хорошее, С балкона открывается прекрасный вид на поющие фонтаны. Negative: Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. When we arrived at the apartment, we were looking for a cutting board in the kitchen cupboard. As soon as we opened the cabinet, the front panel fell off and hit my foot. I immediately informed the host about this incident. Later, when we were getting ready to sleep, we discovered that the bed sheets were dirty and covered with hair. This is unacceptable, especially for a property at this price level. I have photo evidence attached. We asked the host to provide us with clean sheets so we could change them ourselves, but there was no clear response. Clean bedding was only brought very early in the morning or night, and at some point we simply noticed a black bag with bed linen left in the corridor without any explanation. After checkout, the situation became even more unpleasant. The host contacted us accusing us of removing the bathroom soap dispenser. We did not touch any bathroom amenities at all. When I said that I was ready to come back to the apartment to check everything personally, the host immediately said that it was probably taken by the cleaner by mistake. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment, and the way the host communicated with us. Instead of resolving the issues professionally, we were left without clear answers and later faced unfounded accusations. This stay did not meet our expectations at all.

Positive: Приветливый и очень профессиональный персонал, превосходное расположение (до Бурдж Халифа и Дубай Молл можно спокойно дойти минут за 10 неспешным шагом). Отдельный восторг - вид на вечернюю БХ и поющие фонтаны. До аэропорта - 25 минут. В общем, всячески рекомендую.
