A perfect stay with excellent service , highly recommended! Positive: Everything was perfect! The apartment was beautiful, very clean, and comfortable, with an amazing location and a breathtaking view of the Burj Khalifa. The service was excellent, and Hillary was incredibly kind, helpful, and always available whenever we needed anything.

Stay away Negative: Where does one start....Really disappointed in both the state of the apartment and the response from the host....arrived on a late flight to an apartment which clearly wasn't cleaned after the previous guests had been there - there was pubic hair all over the floor in the bathroom, in the showers, in the beds, on the pillows and sofa's, the shower did not work and when turning the tap the connection kept popping off. The sofa's had stains all over them which looked like someone tried to clean last minute as they were still soaking wet which meant that you could not sit on them. The pictures on the website does not reflect that of the apartment we stayed in, in fact the kitchen was alot smaller. When the host arrived in the morning he immediately agreed that the apartment was not in an accceptable state, but when he called the owner he quickly changed his tone when we asked him to put the discussion in writing. Under the circumstances we refused to stay and left that morning. After reporting to Booking.com, they responded to say that the owners refused to give our refund back.
